AlmaLaurea Srl is an employment agency connected to the AlmaLaurea inter-university consortium. It offers positions matched to new graduates' CVs and carries out assessment, selection and recruitment. For AlmaLaurea, Dinamo designed and developed AlmaGo!, the app that puts job opportunities and recruitment events in members' hands.
An app that takes the new graduate from profile to application, and on to the recruitment event.
With AlmaGo! members search job offers and filter them by preference, then apply with their own profile. They save offers and events with a swipe. They register for recruitment events, download their pass and send their CV to companies. They turn on notifications to keep up with new opportunities.
The project followed a user-centred and lean UX approach. The starting point was the student journey of the members, the path that takes a new graduate from searching for an offer to applying and meeting companies. The design and development of the app were built on that path.
