GRINS, Growing Resilient, Inclusive and Sustainable, is one of the fourteen extended partnerships funded by the national recovery plan to strengthen the Italian research ecosystem. Between 2022 and 2025 it brought together a network of universities and research centres around the economic and financial sustainability of systems and territories. The GRINS Foundation was set up to give that partnership institutional continuity.
research.grins.it is the digital infrastructure that keeps the community alive and working after the funding closed. The home page calls it what it is: a shared working space, where members manage profiles, organise research outputs and keep up with the network's news and opportunities.
A shared working space for the scientific community, beyond the end of the funding.
The platform gathers and organises the network's outputs within a coordinated framework of collection, curation and dissemination. The archive continues the work published during the 2022-2025 recovery plan programme and keeps growing with members' contributions. Outputs take several forms, from the Discussion Paper Series to Policy Briefs and scientific articles published in international journals under open science principles. Around the outputs live researchers' profiles, the network's events and opportunities for collaboration and affiliation.
